Hello, I’m Ben and I have been helping people reach there fitness goals for over 15 years. From my many years of training I’ve learned that health is 20 percent head knowledge and 80 percent habit. My mission is to not only have my clients lose weight, but to also have them leave with foundational habits to keep the fat off.
With me as your online coach you will learn strength and conditioning fundamentals, as well as the nutritional habits that will allow you to live life with your loved ones. Getting there will not be easy, long lasting change never is, but it will be worth it. I look forward to working with you.

How my program works
You will be required to log the results from your workouts into the train-heroic app, so that I may analyze your training week and then provide you with the your target goals for the following week. I will hold you personally accountable that you stay current on your log ins. Remember, Lock in to your goals! That will be the key to your success!
Bi-Weekly Email Check Ins
Every two weeks you are required to touch base. I will respond promptly to any
questions you might have regarding your training.
Monthly Video Check Ins
Scheduled video call in which I will analyze your
completed 4 week block and explain the goals going forward.
Access to Your Programs Via Mobile Application
With this app I will upload and update
all of your training plans. You will have access to update the workout with accurate reps
and workload performed.
Along with your personalized meal plan, I will explain macros, and how we will use
flexible dieting to reach health goals.
