Hello, I’m Ben and I have been helping people reach there fitness goals for over 15 years. From my many years of training I’ve learned that health is 20 percent head knowledge and 80 percent habit. My mission is to not only have my clients lose weight, but to also have them leave with foundational habits to keep the fat off.
With me as your online coach you will learn strength and conditioning fundamentals, as well as the nutritional habits that will allow you to live life with your loved ones. Getting there will not be easy, long lasting change never is, but it will be worth it. I look forward to working with you.
